Hosts

Bussers

Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Support servers with guest needs (water, condiments, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Assist with side work such as stocking and setup.

Qualifications:

  • Team-oriented and able to move quickly.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • No prior experience required; training provided.

Dishwashers

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
  • Keep dish area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Reliability and strong attention to sanitation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • No prior experience required; training provided

Kitchen Crew

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station.
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn HCB standards.

Pizza Crew

Responsibilities:

  • Handcraft pizzas, including dough handling, topping preparation, and oven management.
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all pizzas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pizza station.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and consistency.
  • Prior pizza-making or kitchen experience helpful, but training provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Servers (Prior experience required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent table service by taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
  • Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.
  • Handle payments and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Support teammates to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior serving experience required.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and attentive to guest needs.
  • Knowledge of Toast POS system a plus.

Bartenders (Prior experience required)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and coffee beverages.
  • Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of the bar.
  • Handle payments and monitor responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior bartending experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and coffee.
  • Outgoing personality and excellent guest service skills.
  • Knowledge of Toast POS system a plus.

Barbacks

Responsibilities:

  • Restock bar supplies and assist bartenders as needed.

Bar Manager (Prior experience required)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bar operations, bartenders, and barbacks.

  • Prior bar management experience required.

Front of House Manager (Prior experience required)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise hosts, servers, and bussers.
